By requesting a shortlist, engaging our advisory, or interacting with TrenDomain assets, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Services
- **Domain brokerage & acquisition** – We source, evaluate, and negotiate premium domain names on your behalf.
- **Portfolio recommendations** – We provide curated shortlists based on your stated brand objectives and budget.
- **Advisory deliverables** – We may supply valuation insights, comparable sales data, launch readiness guidance, or vendor referrals.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service component with reasonable notice.
3. User responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete contact, company, and budget information.
- Use TrenDomain recommendations for lawful business purposes.
- Comply with all applicable laws when completing domain purchases and transfers.
- Refrain from sharing confidential shortlist data publicly without written permission.
4. Pricing and payment
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, all brokerage fees, retainers, or success-based commissions are due upon domain transfer. Additional marketplace or escrow fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Intellectual property
All TrenDomain content—including copy, visuals, frameworks, and shortlist data—remains our intellectual property. Limited usage rights are granted solely for evaluating recommended domains.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. You agree to maintain confidentiality of any non-public domain availability, pricing, or negotiation details we provide.
7. Disclaimers
TrenDomain makes no guarantees regarding future domain value, investment performance, or third-party service outcomes. All recommendations are advisory in nature. You assume full responsibility for final purchase decisions.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrenDomain and its team shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid to TrenDomain in the preceding six months.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate engagement at any time with written notice. Sections relating to confidentiality, intellectual property, and liability survive termination.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County.
